Six pairs of musical instructions from the Mexican Military Code for war bands are interpreted simultaneously, resulting in twelve cancellations or twelve contradictory orders, impossible to execute at the same time. The sound and video installation is comprised of two screens and speakers facing each other, where a member of a Mexican military band performs the contradictory commands, one on each screen, simultaneosly: Alarm/Silence, Fire/Cease Fire, Attack/Stop, On Guard/At Ease, Turn Left/Turn Right, Align Formation/Break Formation.
