This performance is the last of the three-part series of sound works Form, where the artist condenses sound to later translate the audio file into sculptures and installations via digital process and stereolithography (3D printing). All the actions have intimate components and connotations: destroying mementos and objects with personal significance to the author; reading a letter arising from a painful experience or documenting the sound of a procedure from a medical condition that has afflicted the artist.
